Office Administrator and Receptionist

We are looking for a dependable and committed professional to fill the role of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the efficient functioning of our office and delivering outstanding front desk services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including filing, photocopying, and data management.
- Oversee and uphold the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-organized.
- Receive and manage mail and deliveries.
- Support scheduling tasks and calendar management.
- Order and keep track of office supplies.
- Carry out additional clerical and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or receptionist capacity (experience in a similar temporary role is advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail coupled with a positive outlook.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
