We are looking for a dependable and committed professional to fill the role of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the efficient functioning of our office and delivering outstanding front desk services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including filing, photocopying, and data management.
  • Oversee and uphold the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-organized.
  • Receive and manage mail and deliveries.
  • Support scheduling tasks and calendar management.
  • Order and keep track of office supplies.
  • Carry out additional clerical and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or receptionist capacity (experience in a similar temporary role is advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail coupled with a positive outlook.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
