Office Administrator

We are looking for a dependable and committed professional to fill the role of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the efficient functioning of our office and delivering outstanding front desk services.
Primary Duties:
- Welcome and assist guests with a courteous and professional approach.
- Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including filing, photocopying, and data entry tasks.
- Oversee the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-organized.
- Receive and distribute correspondence and packages.
- Support appointment scheduling and calendar management.
- Order and keep track of office supplies.
- Carry out additional clerical and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or receptionist capacity (experience in a similar contract role is advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail coupled with a positive demeanor.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
