Job Summary

NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking a highly skilled Finance and Office Administrator to join our team in Gauteng. This role requires an individual who can efficiently manage office procedures, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive company image.

About the Role

This position involves managing phone calls and correspondence, welcoming visitors, and maintaining the reception area. You will also be responsible for managing the boardroom diary, planning meetings, and arranging catering for events. Additionally, you will provide financial administration support to the creditors and debtors' teams.

Requirements
  • Maturity and professionalism with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Afrikaans
  • Matric certificate essential
  • A minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience in a similar role
