Requirements:

  • Must have a Matric
  • Fluent in English (first language proficiency)
  • Fluent in Mandarin (advantageous)
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or relevant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CCTV security systems (preferred but not required).
