- Experience in Events Management - 3 years ++
- Experience arranging events for large groups 100++ pax
- Experience arranging events for multi national delegates
- Experience working with Regional and or International teams
- Planning, organizing and coordinating events
- Creation of online profiles and managing members database
- Travel, flight, transport and accommodation management
- Ordering of stock required per event
- Co-ordinating delivery of stock to event as and when required
- Researching new ideas for upcoming events
- Venue research
- Budget management experience
- Compile internal events communication pack
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
- Willing to travel
