Set up and manage onsite guest check-in and tracking systems.
Coordinate with event companies to ensure guest logistics align with overall plans.
Manage a team of onsite staff to execute check-ins efficiently.
Provide real-time updates on guest attendance and session participation.
Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues promptly.
Assist with onsite name badge printing and distribution.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in event logistics or guest management.
Strong technical skills and familiarity with check-in systems.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
