Service Desk Expert

Rightside is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we need a dedicated Service Desk Expert to help us achieve this goal. If you have a strong background in customer service, logistics, or transportation, and a passion for resolving complex issues, we want to hear from you.
This role requires a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a proactive individual who can prioritize tasks efficiently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
