About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Rohloff Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our company-owned restaurants within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the area in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, including directing the activities of employees to maximize sales, customer service, operating standards, operating efficiency, and profit.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of Employee and Customer Safety in restaurants through monitoring of restaurant performance, enforcing standards, and allocating financial resources.
  • Investigate serious incidents and accidents, and recommend appropriate corrective actions to the General Manager.
  • Provide the necessary training and resources to ensure customer and employee safety.
  • Maximize sales and profit through operational excellence, effective implementation of marketing promotions, and identifying, recommending, and implementing sales growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in running Quick Service Restaurants is advantageous.
