Accor Area MICE Sales Manager Job Description

We are a global hospitality leader, and we're looking for a talented Area MICE Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of event spaces and accommodations for corporate meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract MICE business and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and F&B team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of MICE events.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the specific requirements of each MICE event.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to the MICE segment.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability for MICE events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in hotel sales, with a focus on the MICE segment.
  • Strong network of contacts within the corporate and events industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
