Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager at CTU Career Chatz is responsible for driving revenue growth and developing business solutions for our campus. This role involves managing client accounts, designing and implementing sales strategies, and developing business plans to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new business opportunities through advertising, cold calling, networking, and other methods to generate interest from potential clients.
  • Design persuasive approaches and proposals to convert potential clients into business customers.
  • Present new solutions and services to clients to develop and maintain existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand business.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
