About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning and Development Partner to join our team at NTT DATA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learning Strategy Development

Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives, fostering professional growth and skill development within the organization.

Training Program Design

Create engaging and effective training programs, collaborating with business leads to identify training needs and craft relevant materials.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with executive leadership, department heads, and HR to understand business needs, align learning initiatives, and ensure effective communication of learning plans and outcomes.

Metrics and Evaluation

Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, driving continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field.

Experience

Advanced experience in designing and delivering training programs, conducting needs assessments, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Skills

Excellent understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and training best practices, as well as the ability to analyze training data and make data-driven decisions.
