Job Summary

Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, as well as providing support to the HR department and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain payroll systems, including SAGE 300 and Eco Time.
  2. Process payroll accurately and efficiently, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
  3. Prepare and submit payroll reports, including summaries of payroll changes, leave balances, and overtime payments.
  4. Provide support to HR and other stakeholders, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
  5. Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAGE 300 and Eco Time.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
