The Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda) is seeking a highly skilled Provincial Manager to lead its operations in the Eastern Cape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the provincial network and providing strategic direction to ensure the effective delivery of support services to small enterprises.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the provincial team and develop strategies to promote and advance Seda's vision and mission.
- Cultivate partnerships with relevant stakeholders to enhance the agency's impact.
- Manage infrastructure and human resources within the province.
Qualifications:
- Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Bachelor's Degree plus Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) in Operational Management or Business Administration.
- Master's Degree (NQF Level 9) is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 8-10 years' work experience in Operations Management, with at least 5 years in a management position.
