This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in sales and business development, particularly in the HR space. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, focusing on HR-related services.
  3. Generate R5 million+ in annual sales from established pipelines.
  4. Nurture and develop relationships with HR Managers and Directors.
  5. Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate agreements, and establish trust with clients.
  6. Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop growth strategies.
  7. Maintain high levels of self-motivation, result-orientation, and ability to work independently.
  8. Travel throughout South Africa for client engagement.

  • Hold a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
