Growth Potential:
This role provides significant growth potential and hands-on training for ambitious and results-oriented individuals. As a Inside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute sales plans, manage a high-volume pipeline of leads, and provide top-tier customer experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Plans – Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Pipeline Management – Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads through structured follow-ups and CRM tracking.

  • Customer Service – Provide exceptional customer experience, fostering strong relationships with sellers and ensuring a smooth transaction process.


Requirements:
  • 1+ year of phone sales or real estate experience.

  • Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.

  • Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to communicate with sellers effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Podio is highly preferred).
