This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about learning and development and has excellent coordination skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a culture where employees can grow through continuous learning and career development.
The Learning and Development Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support for learning and development initiatives
- Coordinating training programs and events
- Managing and updating large volumes of data
- Communicating effectively with various stakeholders
- Using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and MS Outlook) to perform tasks
We are looking for a candidate who is able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and has a consistent approach to quality of output. If you have excellent administration skills, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate in a friendly and positive manner, we encourage you to apply.
