Professional Learning and Development Coordinator

Neptune is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Learning and Development Coordinator to join its centralized Learning and Development team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a passion for learning and development, as well as strong administration and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.
In this position, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and career development within Neptune. You will be responsible for coordinating various learning initiatives, managing data, and maintaining quality standards. Your exceptional communication skills and collaborative approach will enable you to work effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of hotel service standards and office-based administration. A background in project management, data management, or a related field would be highly beneficial. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, is essential.
