Learning and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our centralized team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel service standards and office-based administration.
This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about learning and development and has excellent coordination skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a culture where employees can grow through continuous learning and career development.
The Learning and Development Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Learning and Development team
- Coordinating learning and development programs and events
- Managing and maintaining large volumes of data
- Communicating effectively with various stakeholders
- Utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and MS Outlook) to perform tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong project management skills
- Typing skills (35 words per minute)
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and positive manner
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
