Learning and Development Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our centralized team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel service standards and office-based administration.

This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about learning and development and has excellent coordination skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a culture where employees can grow through continuous learning and career development.

The Learning and Development Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Learning and Development team
  • Coordinating learning and development programs and events
  • Managing and maintaining large volumes of data
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders
  • Utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and MS Outlook) to perform tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Typing skills (35 words per minute)
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and positive manner
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
