Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team at The Legends Agency. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients in the UK, introducing and selling our recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Make daily calls to potential clients in the UK to introduce and sell our recruitment services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
- Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to decision-makers.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, customer needs, and potential improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Education: Grade 12
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Resilience: High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
- Self-Motivation: Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
