- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in the financial services space.
- A self-motivated salesperson with a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly investments, who can build strong relationships with financial advisors and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Financial Services Industry Knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Development Executive in financial services, focusing on investments.
- Possession of relevant financial services industry qualifications like CFP (Certified Financial Planner).
- Knowledge of RE5.
- Additional Skills and Qualities
- A university degree (BCom or equivalent).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Energetic, positive, professional, and presentable demeanor.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Advisors.
- Following up on advisor requests and queries in a timely manner and ensuring service standards are met.
- Presenting to advisors the benefits of the company offering.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure that excellent customer service standards can be met.
- Keeping up to date with competitor products and service offerings.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with advisors.
- Deliver a proactive service that enhances the image of the company and contributes to the growth and profitability of the retail business unit.
