    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Development Executive in financial services, focusing on investments.
    • Possession of relevant financial services industry qualifications like CFP (Certified Financial Planner).
    • Knowledge of RE5.
  • Additional Skills and Qualities
    • A university degree (BCom or equivalent).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong computer literacy.
    • Customer service mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
    • Energetic, positive, professional, and presentable demeanor.
    • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Advisors.
    • Following up on advisor requests and queries in a timely manner and ensuring service standards are met.
    • Presenting to advisors the benefits of the company offering.
    • Liaising with internal departments to ensure that excellent customer service standards can be met.
    • Keeping up to date with competitor products and service offerings.

    • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with advisors.
    • Deliver a proactive service that enhances the image of the company and contributes to the growth and profitability of the retail business unit.
