At Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a pivotal role that requires a highly organized and efficient individual to oversee various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior management.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Company Meetings: Attend regular meetings to discuss business strategies and goals, ensuring effective collaboration with the management team.
  • Stock Management: Implement stock control systems to optimize inventory levels, manage suppliers, and allocate stock based on job cards.
  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues efficiently and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management: Create and submit invoices, follow up on payments, manage creditors and debtors, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Quotations and Audits: Work closely with auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare client quotations.
