Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Vine Recruitment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support across all aspects of our organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment: Source, attract, and select top talent for various roles within the company.
  • Employee Relations: Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, address concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Performance Management: Assist in conducting performance appraisals, developing improvement plans, and ensuring that employees are meeting their performance goals.
  • Training and Compliance: Coordinate training programs, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Payroll: Collaborate with the finance team to manage payroll, benefits, and other related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR laws, proficiency in HRIS systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:

Vine Recruitment offers a competitive salary range between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
