Key Responsibilities:- Conduct cold calling to acquire new corporate clients and meet/exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Leverage your skills to up-sell and cross-sell within the existing customer base, maintaining regular contact with your customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients, conducting thorough customer account analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and queries promptly, providing feedback to customers within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit weekly pipeline reports, maintain daily activity and sales reports, and provide monthly reports on customer base and opportunities.
- Grade 12 / Matric essential.
- At least 3 years' B2B Sales and Account Management experience, ideally within the ICT industry, with a proven track record of growing new business.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICT products within the telecommunications industry required.
- A strong understanding of large/corporate client management and sales principles, familiarity with tenders and large account management.
- Proficient in MS office.
