Role Overview:

The primary objective of this position is to craft and execute comprehensive strategies for our flagship brands. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional innovation and integrated brand experiences (IBE) through the following:

  • Collaborating with insights teams to harness consumer-centric trends.
  • Establishing the Brand Promise, Strategic Direction, and Long-Term Growth Framework, including the 4Ps, innovation, and communication strategies.
  • Creating targeted innovation roadmaps aligned with brand and hub strategic priorities as well as commercial objectives.
  • Designing specific innovations across all components of the product bundle in partnership with R&D, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Design teams.
  • Enhancing the IBE by working closely with our advertising agency and engaging with various divisions.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical prowess, with the ability to challenge conventional thinking and foster creativity while navigating ambiguity.
  • A growth mindset characterized by people-centricity, curiosity, and passion, complemented by functional expertise in digital and design.

Qualifications Required:

  • Over 14 years of proven success in FMCG marketing, encompassing brand strategy, portfolio management, communication development, and commercial growth initiatives.
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in comprehensive innovation development.
  • Thorough understanding of the innovation lifecycle, from insight identification to concept formulation and testing, culminating in full bundle development and market launch.
  • Expertise in full bundle development, including formulation, clinical validation, claims substantiation, design, and packaging.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and agile innovation methodologies.
