About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This position requires a strategic thinker who can enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan to increase brand awareness and revenue.
    • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
    • Design and review the Marketing department's budget.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
    • Guide the content team in crafting engaging and SEO-friendly content.
    • Collaborate with other teams and departments to integrate marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management
    • Launch and oversee online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
    • Oversee SEO and SEM strategies.
    • Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company's digital marketing strategy's effectiveness.
    • Maintain knowledge of the marketing technology landscape, analytics, and business intelligence.
    • Provide end-to-end project management for all digital campaigns.
  • Innovation and Adaptation
    • Identify and test new digital platforms and tools.
    • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.
    • Adapt strategies based on analytical data and emerging trends.
  • Communication
    • Communicate digital marketing plans and strategies to senior management.
    • Supervise the design of all digital media elements, including the company website and individual project microsites.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital technologies, or a related field.
    • An advanced degree, such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), can be an added advantage.
  • Certifications (optional but beneficial)
    • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience
    • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or Digital Marketing Manager.
    • Strong experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
    • Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
    • Strong team leading and team management skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
