Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within the logistics, transport, or supply chain sector.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the logistics and transport industry, including knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with experience in building and managing a successful sales pipeline.
  • Client-Focused: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and manage complex client relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.

Additional Skills:
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems is a plus.
