Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Cochrane Global. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline and analyze market trends to establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit and sales success is demonstrated
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) with a tertiary qualification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in the sales industry, including full sales cycle and deal closing
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
