As a key member of the Boardroom Appointments team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the sales activities of the sales team across the Consumer Division.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing all sales activities of the sales team.
  • Supporting and managing relationships with key customers and principals.
  • Managing sales pricing and margins effectively.
  • Working with the Technical team to assist in product development initiatives and customer product support.
  • Preparing sales budgets annually as required.
  • Driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Ensuring budget targets are met and forecasting is accurate for a 3-year view.
  • Managing key accounts and relationships between finance, warehouse, customer care, and sales teams.
  • Communicating market information on pricing trends, availability, and opportunities weekly.
  • Mentoring and coaching sales team members on Company core values and Safety culture.
  • Supporting the Business Unit Manager in achieving sales goals.
