Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Branch Director to lead our commercial operations in Africa.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management, market analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor market trends and anticipate changes in the African market.
  • Assess market size, market shares, and potential business development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement adaptable sales strategies.
  • Monitor potential acquisitions and due diligence.

Sales and Marketing:
  • Deploy commercial action plans, set targets, and participate in budget elaboration.
  • Conduct customer visits, manage relationships, and scout for new distributors.
  • Organize and coordinate prescription and specification activities in the territory.
  • Ensure effective external and internal communication.

Management:
  • Implement corporate strategy operationally.
  • Act as the company's legal representative.
  • Manage operational, support functions, and the team.
  • Monitor KPIs and reporting.

Requirements:
  • Technical degree in electrical engineering with at least 10 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in team management and multicultural environments.
  • Proficiency in English and French languages, with Afrikaans as a plus.
