Business Development Representative

Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, negotiating sales, and meeting monthly targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through regular meetings and communication.
- Negotiate prices, trading terms, and price increases to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with Store Managers/Owners to identify new business opportunities and achieve targets based on new business.
- Stay up-to-date with current sales trends on opposition brands and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals and meet monthly targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the territory and visit customers regularly.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
