Job Description
This Internal Business Development Specialist role at West Coast Personnel involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through innovative and strategic approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify areas of growth and opportunity.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage audiences.
- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment is desirable.
Salary: The base salary for this role is $70,000 per annum.
