Job Overview: As an Internal Sales professional at West Coast Personnel, you will play a critical role in driving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily sales and profit targets by making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, and closing sales.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks and ensure the company's image is maintained and promoted within the market.
  • Liaise with existing customers and suppliers to promote the profitability of the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant EH&S obligations and provide technical support to customers for products.
  • Focus on the long-term growth and profitability of the branch, achieving budgets as agreed with the Manager.
  • Build strong relationships with quality customers to facilitate the growth in the order book.
  • Perform daily cash-ups and other duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Technical experience in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning equipment, which will be an advantage.
  • At least two years of active Internal Sales experience.
  • Physical ability to handle stock and computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Syspro.
  • Experience in a Wholesale or Retail environment and a Matric qualification.
