Business Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Team Lead to join our team at Frank Consult. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our clients in the financial services industry.
About the RoleAs a Business Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Onboarding Analysts and ensuring the smooth and timely onboarding of new customers. You will play a key role in shaping and improving business processes, providing exceptional experiences to new clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Manage client pipelines and implementation schedules, conduct consultations with new clients, and document and scope business requirements to align with our system.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and standardize new business requirements, implement necessary changes, and develop ad-hoc reports/data insights to meet client needs.
- Team Leadership: Onboard and train new team members, set team goals and KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure alignment with company strategies.
- Product Refinement: Test new product features and collaborate on product refinement for enhanced client experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 2 years' leadership experience (required).
- Experience in the South African financial services/financial planning industry (preferable).
- Experience in Fintech or SaaS (preferable).
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability to various software tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Detail-oriented, highly accurate, and organized.
Ranging from R800,000 to R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
