We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions and is passionate about sales. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Actively seek out new leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall team success.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the sales manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field sales or B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
