As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and managing bookings for vehicles in the workshop to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote our workshop services, products, and upgrades.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and working towards meeting sales targets.
  • Following up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and offering additional services where applicable.
  • Assisting in resolving customer queries and providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including updating customer records and processing bookings.
  • Ensuring high standards of communication with customers regarding their vehicle status and service needs.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Matric certificate with an average of 60% or higher.
  • No criminal record.
  • Currently unemployed.
  • A passion for sales and customer service with a strong desire to build a career.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to identify and seize sales opportunities.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
