At Optimal Growth Technologies, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Value Propositions team. As a Senior Manager: Value Propositions, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of customer-centric value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and gather data on market trends, competitor propositions, and industry dynamics.
  • Value Proposition Design: Develop and design value propositions based on customer insights, defining benefits and advantages, and creating unique differentiation.
  • Market Testing: Test value propositions in the market with customers, conducting POCs and fine-tuning propositions, and supporting market development and sales efforts.
Requirements:
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy and operations, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge decisions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Matric, 3-year business degree or related industry, and business post-graduate degree or diploma (an advantage).
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in B2B product management, client value management, or segment marketing, with ICT or financial services experience essential.
