We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll management, familiar with payroll practices and regulations across multiple African countries. The ideal candidate is proficient in using payroll software and possesses strong knowledge of local HR laws and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll processing and tax calculations: Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate tax calculations and reporting.
  • Payroll reports: Prepare and deliver detailed payroll reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Contract management: Manage employment contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Benefits and leave management: Administer employee benefits programs and manage leave policies.
  • Time and attendance management: Oversee the tracking of employee attendance and working hours.
  • Compensation and time-off policy: Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies, including time-off management.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree: A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Professional certifications: Certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are advantageous.
  • Additional HR experience: Experience in broader HR functions beyond payroll, such as talent management, is a plus.
  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills to handle complex payroll calculations and reporting.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Competitive Salary:

Negotiable salary range: ₦120,000,000 - ₦180,000,000 per annum based on experience.
