We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team at The Bay Hotel.

The ideal candidate will embody professionalism with a graceful touch, creating an environment where employees feel cherished and supported.

The Human Resources Administrator will play a pivotal role in offering exceptional support with HR policies and procedures, employee relations, engagement, skills development, benefits, and wellness.

The minimum requirements for this position include an applicable tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Organisational/Industrial Psychology, people management skills, computer literacy with strong MS Office experience, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.

The successful candidate will be familiar with all Human Resources legislation and amendments, including Sectoral Determination 6 and 14, and possess familiarity with PSiber/HRIS systems.

Key competencies for this role include communication, cognition/thinking, personal effectiveness, interaction with others, and management qualities, including business alignment, strategic vision, and team development experience.
