Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with email setups across various mail programs.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with email delivery queries and email setups by applying your understanding of various mail access methods.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with web hosting-related queries, applying your domain knowledge of content management systems.
  • Assist customers to navigate our hosting control panel.
  • Offer extended after-hours support to our customers on behalf of various technical departments.
