We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Director to join our team at Parvana. This role is a great opportunity for someone to lead our global QA strategy and roadmap, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to industry best practices.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex SDLC projects, with deep test automation knowledge using top industry tools and frameworks. They will be responsible for establishing and monitoring quality metrics, leading the design and implementation of advanced test automation frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address risks and quality-related issues.



We are looking for someone with a relevant tertiary degree, 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, and a strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to reuse automated test scripts and convert them into load test scripts is also essential.

Responsibilities:



  • Establish and monitor quality metrics to track QA effectiveness

  • Provide strategic leadership to the QA team



Requirements:
