Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to join our team at Michelle Taylor Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales support and administrative tasks, with a proven track record of handling customer service and administrative duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports for management via company CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer accounts and inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve complaints.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel arrangements for the Technical Sales Director.
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of waterproofing/market related products and solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.
