Business Development Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to join our team at Michelle Taylor Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales support and administrative tasks, with a proven track record of handling customer service and administrative duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports for management via company CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer accounts and inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve complaints.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel arrangements for the Technical Sales Director.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Manage orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of waterproofing/market related products and solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.
