About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team as a Finnish Market Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to expand their career in sales and business development while working with a dynamic company.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding business opportunities by identifying and evaluating prospects, researching and analyzing sales opportunities, and engaging with new customers via networking, cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation techniques. They will also utilize various tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to sell our products and services by establishing contact, developing relationships, and recommending tailored solutions with new prospects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Engage with new customers through networking, cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation techniques
  • Utilize sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage sales pipelines and generate leads
  • Sell our products and services by establishing contact, developing relationships, and recommending tailored solutions with new prospects
  • Develop proposals to meet client goals including budgets and timelines
  • Maintain relationships with ongoing prospects by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommending relevant new opportunities
  • Pipeline management for reporting purposes and productivity analysis
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members in developing prospecting strategies
  • Provide technical and procedural support to less experienced team members

Requirements:

  • Fluent Finnish speaker
  • Satisfactory High School and/or University Results
  • At least 3 years of previous sales experience with demonstrable results
  • Cold calling experience is a prerequisite

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
