Job Title: Admin Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our team at Maneshez Solutions Services. As an Admin Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front-of-House Duties: Greet clients, offer refreshments, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Administrative Support: Transcribe, record, fax, and file documents, maintain filing systems, and update databases.
  • Communication: Respond to queries, communicate with clients and employees, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Mail and Email Management: Sort and forward incoming mail and emails, and prepare and send outgoing mail.
  • Meeting Coordination: Book and prepare meeting rooms, ensure refreshments are available, and coordinate activities.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and time management skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
