Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and check them in upon arrival. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments. Provide information about services, procedures, and clinic policies. Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them as necessary. Update and maintain patient records accurately. Verify insurance information and process insurance claims. Collect payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries. Manage electronic and paper filing systems efficiently.

Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and maintain attention to detail. Friendly demeanor and patience to handle patient inquiries and concerns professionally. Comfort with using medical software for scheduling, billing, and electronic health records (EHR). Basic knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial but can be learned on the job.
