Job Title: Corporate Sales Representative
Salary: R500,000 - R700,000 per annum (basic salary), plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced corporate sales representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth or East London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase our revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and position our products/services as the solution.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Presentation and Proposal: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.
- Closing Deals: Close deals to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A matric certificate and a proven track record of success in an external sales hunter role, with at least 4 years of experience in new business development and B2B sales in a corporate environment.
- An established network of corporate clients in the Logistics/Cold Chain Logistics/Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing/Car Rental/Mining and/or Transport industry.
- 2 Years SaaS/ICT/IT/Technology/Telecoms or any solution sales experience (hunting for new business).
- Strong cold calling and pipeline growth background with actual figures to compare.
- Strong closing ratios.
- Strong performers with background in B2B sales - not consumers/private individuals.
- Tech and software solution savvy.
- A valid driver's license (not expired) and a South African ID.
