**Job Overview:**

As a Business Development Manager at Vox Telecommunications, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our FTTH network.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to identify new opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Provide on-the-ground support to sales associates, including lead generation, deal closure, and customer engagement.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and develop strategies to improve performance and meet targets.
  • Manage and coach the sales team to ensure high professional standards and deliver results-driven performance.
  • Ensure targets are delivered through effective people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership and business development with a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field, with significant experience in finance, marketing, business law, management, and economics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
