Customer Training Support Consultant

Emporium is seeking a highly skilled Customer Training Support Consultant to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing training plans with customers, reporting on training progress, and working directly with clients to coordinate each training project to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training plans to meet customer needs
  • Provide system training to customers and assist with preparing data for new customers
  • Communicate process successes and failures to internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide customer support, resolve queries, and recommend solutions to customers
  • Work closely with clients to ensure training projects are completed on time and to a high standard

Requirements:

  • Training/Educator or Consulting experience or consulting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software packages
  • Excel proficiency intermediate
  • Customer service/support experience will be advantageous
