Job Title: Training and Customer Support Consultant

Emporium is seeking a highly skilled Training and Customer Support Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training plans with customers to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor and report on training progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with clients to coordinate training projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Communicate training successes and challenges to internal and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvement.
  • Provide system training to customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize our software effectively.
  • Offer customer support, resolving queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through system features and functionalities.
  • Assist with data preparation and uploading for new customers, ensuring seamless onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Proven training or consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software packages.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Customer service and support experience is highly advantageous.
