We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Placement Point. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and distribution partners, as well as clients, to ensure market success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to our sales and distribution partners and clients to ensure market pull.
  • Manage projects from acquisition to completion, including design, engineering, and site inspections.
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise, including assistance to main installers on sites to ensure smooth operations.
  • Furnish site reports for main projects as required by management.
  • Assist with designs using our Silvestro software when needed.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors to promote our products.
  • Organize and conduct sales-oriented and technical training for key partners, merchants, plumbers, engineers, and developers.
  • Coordinate consultants' visits for technical training and assistance.
  • Visit assigned merchants regularly, participate in demo days, and interact with trade plumbers to support trade sales.
  • Utilize CRM for all sales activities, including customer visits planning, contact reports, and project information.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the building industry and/or plumbing/sanitary industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the plumbing/sanitary field, with relationships to contractors and consultants.
  • International experience is an advantage.
  • Experience on construction sites, hands-on, sales, and marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, CAD (Autocad), and REVIT/BIM applications.
  • Negotiating skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • A valid unendorsed Code 8 Driver's License is required.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, CRM, CAD (Autocad), and REVIT/BIM.
