About the Role

We're seeking a visionary leader to join our Westfield Rise team as Vice President of Business Development and Innovation. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing a cutting-edge go-to-market strategy to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive vertical sales strategies to showcase how advertisers can partner with Westfield Rise to drive more impact and engagement for their brand.
  • Identify and develop sponsorship opportunities for verticals to integrate into Westfield locations, working closely with design and development teams to factor in ideas and needs.
  • Integrate rich data and insights to support vertical narratives and drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to better understand needs, opportunities, and market feedback to build out vertical narratives and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a project development roadmap to ensure key milestones are hit on time and drive business growth.
  • Look for ways to constantly innovate and develop new capabilities to maximize opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Support the sales team with strategic RFP opportunities to maximize revenue growth and sell-through rates.
  • Lead and manage a Director of Business Development and Innovation as a strategic partner.
  • Develop deep and comprehensive market and industry understanding through competitive analysis and trend identification.

  • Minimum of fifteen years' experience working in Marketing, Media, and Partnerships.
  • Highly experienced in building go-to-market strategy and narratives, supporting sales organizations or marketing teams.
  • Proven success driving innovation through business development, product innovation, and new partnerships to drive revenue.
  • History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Reputation for being able to make informed and sound decisions that propel the business forward.
  • Able to leverage key industry relationships to uncover new product and revenue opportunities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to build new product solutions.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint abilities.
  • Outstanding written and oral presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Four-year college degree.

Exempt

$200,000 – $250,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus
